Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship to all locations within the U.S. and Canada in addition to many other countries! To determine if JellenProducts.com ships to your home country, simply:

  1. Add the product(s) that you wish to purchase to your online shopping cart.
  2. Click the blue "Calculate Shipping and Tax" link.
  3. Select your Country, State/Province and Zip/Postcode from the drop-down lists.
  4. Click the orange "Calculate Shipping and Tax" button.

Our system will return an error message if we DO NOT ship to your chosen country.

When Will My Order Ship?

Order Processing Times: Our policy is to ship within 1-2 days of order receipt however most orders will ship same day if placed by 12:00 pm (CST). International orders may in some cases, require an additional 24 hours to process.

P.O. Boxes: FedEx does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. To avoid order processing delays, customers wishing to ship to a P.O. Box MUST choose either the USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail shipping option at checkout

Saturday Delivery: Available upon request on any order shipping via FedEx 2Day (with a ship date of Thursday) or FedEx Overnight (with ship date of Friday) to most major U.S. cities. Additional charge for FedEx Saturday delivery is $20.00. Just let us know and we can add this premium service option to your order (if available based on your shipping address)!

Products reflecting "Out of Stock" status may in some cases be pre-ordered and will be shipped when they become available. Please refer to individual product pages for specific item availability details.

After placing your order, you may click 'My Account' at the top right hand side of our web site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information is generally available within 24-48 hours of shipment.

All orders shipped from Fort Myers, FL 33913.  Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Delivery times are based on distance to destination and may vary due to delays such as but not limited to adverse weather conditions, shipping carrier holiday schedules, natural disasters, etc. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond our control and shipping fee refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.

How Will My "Free Shipping" Order Be Shipped?

All FREE SHIPPING orders are dispatched at our discretion via either FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost or USPS Priority Mail.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?

Yes. Customers wishing to ship to a P.O. Box address must choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail shipping at checkout. Please be aware that FedEx does not ship to PO Box addresses.

Do You Offer Saturday Delivery?

FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders over $99.00 delivered within the Continental United States only. All FREE SHIPPING orders are dispatched via either FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx SmartPost or USPS Priority Mail.

Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax On My Order?

Only orders shipping to the State of Florida will be subject to state sales tax of 6.5%.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

International Shipping Eligibility

Yes! We ship to all locations within the U.S. and Canada in addition to many other countries! To verify that we ship to your country, simply add desired product(s) to your online shopping cart and click the "Calculate Shipping and Tax" link. Our system will return an error message in the event that we DO NOT ship to your chosen country.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, some of the products that we carry may not be shipped outside of the United States. Please verify the international shipping eligibility of the product that you wish to purchase by referring to the product detail pages. Look for the green "Ships Internationally" seal.

International Duties and/or Taxes

Customers shipping outside of the United States are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes that may be imposed by customs in the country of destination. Please note that international customers WILL NOT be charged brokerage fees upon order receipt. These fees are already included in your shipping charge and are not the same as duties and taxes. Orders Refused Or Left Unclaimed In Customs

Refunds on orders refused upon attempted delivery or left unclaimed at customs will not be issued until such orders are returned back to our warehouse. Shipping fees on refused or unclaimed orders are non-refundable. We will not be held responsible for loss or mis-delivery due to incorrect shipping address issues.

Do I Have to Pay Duties and Taxes On My International Order?

Customers shipping outside of the United States are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes that may be imposed by customs in the country of destination upon order receipt. These are different from brokerage fees which are already included in your order total. 

Specifically, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Orders Refused Or Left Unclaimed In Customs

I Need To Correct My Shipping Address!

If your order has not yet been shipped:

You may log in to your Account, contact us at 1-800-277-2250 or Chat With Us Live to make any necessary address corrections.

If your order has already shipped:

Shipping address changes or corrections requested after an order has been shipped will incur an address change fee / re-direct charge of $15.00. Incomplete address changes will be assessed a fee of $12.00. Such corrections are only possible if your order has been shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. We will not be held responsible for packages lost or delayed or for charges incurred due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
