All personal care and beauty devices offered through JellenProducts.com are warranted against original defects in material, workmanship and function (please refer to product information pages for specific warranty details). If you purchase equipment and/or skin care products from this Web site you are fully agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below:

1. Due to strict hygiene policies, we are unable accept returns on any skin care product or beauty device purchased through Jellen Skin Care Products unless:

   (a) The item is deemed to be defective (if found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, customer will receive a refund or same item exchange). Please note that Jellen Skin Care Products will not be held responsible for repairing or replacing any product that was damaged due to accident, misuse, neglect or improper voltage use.

   (b) The product has not been previously used and remains completely sealed and/or wrapped in the manufacturer's original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any non-defective merchandise that was previously opened and/or used. Such items will be returned to sender at sender's expense and any outstanding refund request will be denied. Unused high frequency electrodes may be returned even if they have been removed from their packaging. We are unable to accept any returns on the Beurer SoftLaser device. Refunds for unused/unopened returned merchandise will take approximately 7-14 days to process. Form of refund issued will be based on original method of payment. Please note that all merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on all returned merchandise. Form of refund issued based on original method of payment. All unused merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

2. If returning unopened/unused merchandise, you must first notify Jellen® Skin Care Products. No returns will be accepted by Jellen Skin Care Products unless accompanied by an original sales invoice and a previously obtained Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To request an RMA #, please complete our contact form.


3. Merchandise deemed defective must be returned to Jellen Skin Care Products® within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or product exchange. Products determined to be defective beyond 30 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund but will at our discretion be repaired or replaced under the specific terms of the product's warranty. Beyond 30 days from purchase, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with forwarding the defective merchandise to our facility for warranty repair/replacement (customer must include a check payment of $10.00 to cover return shipping and handling charges). If our technicians determine through diagnostic testing that the returned item was damaged due to accident, misuse or incorrect voltage use, the merchandise will be returned back to the customer in an un-repaired state.


4. Non-North American Customers: The appliances offered on this web site may be used worldwide with the use of a step-down voltage converter however we cannot guarantee this and will not honor returns or replacements on overseas units damaged due to voltage misuse. Please ensure that you fully investigate the voltage converter requirements for your country prior to purchase. Please note that all personal care appliances are thoroughly tested for quality assurance purposes prior to shipment. We carry voltage converters designed for use in the United Kingdom, Scotland, Ireland, parts of Asia and South America however it is the customer's responsibility to confirm voltage converter requirements for their country with a local travel or electronics store prior to purchase. We offer several international voltage converters compatible with the appliances offered on our website (North American 110V/120V skin care appliances operating at less than 50 watts).
   
   
5. If a shipped order is refused by customer upon attempted delivery, purchaser will still be responsible for all shipping and re-stocking fees of 15%. Customers providing incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses will be charged an additional $10.00 fee to cover re-delivery charges.
   
   

            Return Shipment Instructions:

1. Verify that the item(s) that you are returning are unused and remain sealed and/or wrapped in manufacturer's original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse non-defective personal skin care appliances or skin care products that are returned to us opened or in used condition. Such items will be returned to sender at sender's expense and any outstanding refund request will be denied. All applicable accessories must also be included.


2. Please notify us that you would like to return an eligible item for a refund or exchange by completing our contact form to request an Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
   
   *Please ensure that you enclose a copy of your original order receipt with your returned merchandise and clearly note the RMA# on your order receipt. Once your return is received, a full refund (less original shipping charges and applicable restocking fees) will be issued back to your card on file. Please allow 7-14 business days for this credit to appear on your statement. We are unable to accept any merchandise returns without an RMA#.


3. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs involved in returning item to our facility. If returning an item for warranty repair or exchange beyond 30 days from original date of purchase, customer must include a check payment of $10.00 USD to cover return shipping and handling charges. Please see product specific warranty details for further instructions.


4. Ensure that returned products are securely packaged in a sturdy cardboard box to prevent against damage during transit. To ensure accurate delivery, please use a shipping method that will provide you with a means to track your return shipment. We can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Shipping insurance is highly recommended.
