Do you accept mail-in or fax orders?
 

YES! Jellen Skin Care Products offers our customers the added convenience of placing a mail or fax order using our downloadable ORDER FORM. If you wish to pay for your order by MAIL or FAX, please follow steps 1 through 4 below:

1. To begin, kindly download the following printable order form in your preferred file format:

2. Add the items that you desire to your online Shopping Cart. Here, all shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be automatically calculated for you. Please enter these amounts on your order form remembering to note the preferred shipping method that you have selected.

3. Mail (or fax) your completed order form along with your preferred method of payment to the mailing address (or fax number) indicated on the form. Jellen Skin Care Products accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover)
  • Money Orders (Payable in US funds)
  • Cashier's Checks (Payable in US funds)
  • Western Union (Payable in US funds)
  • Personal Checks (Payable in US funds)

* Please note that all personal checks require 7-10 business days to clear.

4.   UNITED STATES: Please call 1-800-277-2250.

INTERNATIONAL: Customers outside of the United States may place an order online using our secure checkout process or fax their order using our mail order fax form.

Was your credit card declined?:
Please ensure that the billing address that you have entered is identical to the billing address that is found on your credit card billing statement. More specifically, if your billing street address and/or zip code do not match that found on your credit card statement, our system may automatically decline your transaction. Please refer to your credit card statement to verify your exact billing address.

Have you entered special characters?: You may have tried to use special symbols or characters in your original order submission. Please remove any special characters from the checkout page address fields such as: # ! @ $ % ^ & ; * + = { } ? : ( ).

Are your cookies enabled?
To add an item to your shopping cart, place an order with us or to login to our website, you must have "cookies" enabled in your web browser. Please follow these steps:

(1) Modify your browser's settings so that "cookies" are enabled (see instructions below).
(2) Within your browser's settings, clear out (delete) your cache (see instructions below).

First time customers: please click the "checkout" button under the "New Customers" section to create a new account. Returning Customers: please enter the email login and password information that you created.
