You will then be presented with a variety of shipping options, associated shipping rates and estimated delivery times applicable to your order.
* Domestic Orders (U.S.): Usually ship same business day if placed prior to 11:45 a.m. (EST).
* International Orders: Usually ship within 1-2 business days of order placement.
* Shipping to a P.O. Box ?: "USPS Priority Mail" shipping rate method must be selected at checkout.
* FREE Shipping Eligible Items: On orders shipped within the USA only (Shipped via UPS Ground).

International Shipping: Jellen Skin Care now ships to select International regions. To determine if we ship to your country simply add the products that you desire to purchase to your online shopping cart. In the blue section of the shopping cart, click the "Change My Address" link (if visible). Under the "Calculate Shipping Rates" section of the shopping cart page, select your desired country from the "Country" drop-down list. Unfortunately, if your country is not present here we will be unable to process your order. You may view actual shipping costs for your order prior to submitting your payment information by continuing to complete the "State/Province/County" and "Zip Code" section of the shopping cart page. You will then be presented with shipping options and associated shipping rates applicable to your order.
Shipping Delays: We will not be held responsible for shipping delays beyond our control such as and not limited to adverse weather conditions, shipping carrier holiday schedules, natural disasters, foreign customs delays, etc. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded under such circumstances.
Shipping Costs: For your added convenience, you may view actual shipping costs for your order prior to submitting your billing and shipping information. To view shipping costs, simply add the product(s) that you desire to your online shopping cart and you will be presented with a variety of shipping options, associated shipping rates and estimated delivery times applicable to your order.
Shipping Address Changes: Customers providing incomplete, incorrect or alternate shipping addresses after an order has been shipped will be charged an additional $10.00 fee to cover applicable re-delivery or package intercept charges.
Foreign Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and/or taxes that may be imposed by customs in the country of destination. These duties/taxes are beyond our control and are imposed at the discretion of foreign customs agencies.
International Customs/Order Refusal: If a shipped order is refused by customer upon attempted delivery or left unclaimed at customs within customer's country, customer will still be responsible for applicable return shipping charges and will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 15%. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for contacting their local post office branch to arrange for a parcel pick-up or re-delivery if unavailable on first delivery attempt.
Domestic Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times for orders shipped within the United States vary by selected shipment method. Ground and USPS Priority Mail shipments vary between 3-7 business days, UPS 3rd day shipments are received within 3 business days, 2nd day shipments are received within 2 business days and next day shipments are received within one business day prior to order placement. You may monitor the status of your shipment at any time by signing in to your online account.
International Delivery Times: All international orders are shipped via USPS. To view delivery time estimates to your country, simply add the product that you desire to your shopping cart and select your country. Delivery time estimates do not include customs processing delays which may occur if a shipment is held for random inspection by customs in the country where the order is being shipped to. Unfortunately, these types of foreign government imposed delays are beyond our control. You may monitor the live status of your shipment by signing in to your online account and viewing the tracking information provided with your order.
"Out of Stock" Items: Products reflecting "Out of Stock" status may in some cases be pre-ordered by customer and will ship when they first become available. Please refer to individual product pages for specific item availability details. Please be advised that the estimated availability dates for "Out of Stock" products can vary. After placing your order, you may click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our web site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been completed. Tracking information is generally available within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
