The Portable High Frequency Machine is warranted against original defects in material and workmanship for a period of (6 months) effective from date of sale. In commercial use, the warranty period is (3 months) effective from date of sale. Included glass electrodes are covered under the warranty for a period of 30 days from date of purchase.

Warranty service may be obtained by returning the appliance, shipping prepaid, along with original proof of purchase and a check for $10.00 to cover return postage and handling costs. The appliance must be returned in its original case. The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect or accidental glass electrode breakage. Compatible replacement electrodes for this system may be re-ordered via our online store.
