2. Calculate all applicable shipping costs and taxes associated with your order by adding the items that you desire to your online Shopping Cart. Here, all shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be automatically calculated for you. Please enter these amounts on your order form. Also, remember to note on the form the preferred shipping method that you have selected.

3. Mail (or fax) your completed order form along with your preferred method of payment to the mailing address (or fax number) indicated on the form. Jellen Skin Care Products accepts the following forms of payment:

• Money Orders (Payable in US funds)
• Cashier's Checks (Payable in US funds)
