The Beurer SoftLaser should always be used in accordance with the included guided instructions. The manufacturer (and Jellen Skin Care Products) will not be held responsible for damage that may occur to the appliance due to incorrect usage (see warranty details).

The Beurer SoftLaser is perfectly safe to use, even around the eye area. Just close your eyes as you use the SoftLaser on these areas or for your comfort, wear the protective goggles provided with your kit. If you accidentally look at the laser, no harm will be done but never stare in the laser's direct line of light for extended intervals of time.

Beurer SoftLaser purchases from Jellen Skin Care Products come complete with a (1) year warranty effective from date of sale. All warranty repairs are handled directly by the manufacturer's repair center. The device is warranted in normal domestic use in accordance with the instruction manual against original defects in material and workmanship. The Warranty does not cover mechanical or cosmetic damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear or improper voltage use.
