Every time you place an order with us, you'll receive a 5% credit after 30 days on all eligible items that you purchase (earn 1 point for every dollar spent). Then, you have up to 90 days to redeem your points (20 JellenPoints™ = $1.00). For example, if you purchase $200 in eligible products, you’ll earn 200 points which equals a $10.00 credit. It's a great way to save on your next order whether it's for you or someone special! The JellenPoints™ reward program only applies to purchases made on or after 1/15/2010 and does not apply to shipping and applicable sales tax amounts.

You collect 1 JellenPoint for every dollar spent on eligible products. For example, a $200 product purchase will earn you 200 JellenPoints. Every 20 JellenPoints awarded will earn you $1.00. So, 200 JellenPoints will earn you $10.00 off your next order, equal to 5% cash back!

How do I redeem my JellenPoints™? If you have accumulated JellenPoints in your account then you may redeem them during the checkout process on your final order summary page prior to payment. How can I check my JellenPoints™ balance? You can check your JellenPoints balance at any time by logging into your customer account and navigating to your My Rewards section. The total number of JellenPoints 'available' to you will be displayed at the top of the page. JellenPoints shown as 'pending' will be available for use after 30 days from your purchase date.

Do I have to register to claim JellenPoints™? In order to collect JellenPoints you must be a registered customer. The points that you accumulate will be stored in your account and may be applied toward your future orders.

Will I receive JellenPoints™ if I place my order over the telephone? Yes. In order to receive JellenPoints™ on orders placed over the telephone you must create an account with us by providing your email address and a preferred password.
